Peter Sloly: Toronto's First Black Police Chief

Deputy Sloly moved to Toronto from Kingston, Jamaica, just before he turned 10. Toronto Police Service deserves a big pat on the back for recognizing deputy Sloly's leadership qualities and, in general, embracing the city's diversity.
